We believe that "God" is a word used to speak about the Ultimate Source of all existence: the physical universe, the world, and us. "God" is synonymous with Love, Intelligence, and Good. This All-Providing Source is within us. As we expand our use of this Unlimited Source within through correct use of Spiritual Practice and Spiritual Principle, we bring about the corresponding results in our experience: more love, peace, abundance, joy, and fulfillment.
This is 21st century spirituality! We are each co-creative centers of God-consciousness. We are more fully understanding that each of us is ultimately responsible for how we experience life and that we change our lives as we change our thinking. We are not saying that we control every aspect of life but that we are the masters of our own inner life. As we change the inner life into a state of well-being, our lives improve.
Ernest Holmes, author of "The Science of Mind" and widely regarded as the Father of modern New Thought, wrote that "There is power for good in this universe, available to everyone and you can use it." How to Use It is the foundation for our classes, workshops, small groups, and future Sunday messages and our literature.
