The Awakened Heart Spiritual Center's Organization Design Model is, with some alterations, taken from to the Organizational Design Model developed by the UCSL Organizational Renewal Project
committee, Rev. Kathy Hearn, Dr. Michael Beckwith, Dr. Christian Sorensen, and Dr. Roger W. Teel.
Through the process of Visioning, Spiritual Mind Treatment, and following guidance beginning January, 2005, this Design Model was discovered to be renewing and innovative,
vision and values-oriented, and effective for a 21st century spiritual movement. Visioning Process, Spiritual Mind Treatment, and responsiveness to the all-guiding Source are central to the new design.
Vision, values, guiding principles, spiritual community, shared prosperity, and unified support replace an emphasis upon governance, hierarchy, politics, scarcity, and a "we/they" separation.
The Organizational Design Model Diagram and the Fulfillment Structure Model Diagram below illustrate this concept.

The Bylaws of Awakened Heart Spiritual Center, that flow from the Organizational Design mentioned above, are the result of repeated Visioning, Spiritual Mind Treatment,
and responsiveness to the all-guiding Source since January, 2005. The original UCSL Bylaws template was altered to fit our mission, vision, purpose, and shared values.
